This gorgeous Nissan Skyline is one of my favorite arrivals to the collection. I've wanted an R33 for the last five years of my life and have counted down the days until I find my first one. These big body Skylines are a big size up from the previous R32 generation. As the size and weight increased, so too did the displacement. The 2.0L RB20DET of the GTS Turbo model was upgraded to a 2.5L RB25DET and evolved into the GTS25 Turbo model. To compliment the bore-up of the engine, the turbo was enlarged to produce a net gain of 35 horsepower over the previous generation's R32 GTS-t.
This car is in almost every sense a perfect blank canvas. There are so few cars left in such unmodified condition like this. The only changes that caught my eye are the blue Blitz intake filter, red Bride racing seat, and the green Tein coilovers. The bucket seat can be an inconvenience for some to climb in and out of, but is easily replacable with other, more accessable seats. Other than these basic upgrades, the rest of the car remains very original and casually enjoyable.
